Knit Camp Help Request

Look for “Knit Camp” in the top menu.

You should have a login and password that you created when you joined Knit Camp or purchased a pattern on this website. If you have trouble logging in, please let us know in the support box on this page so we can help.

Live videos happen several times a week in the private Knit Camp Facebook group. If you haven’t joined yet, click here (be sure to include your real name and the email address you used to register for Knit Camp). 

We also have live video chats on Zoom once or twice a month. Links to register for these chats will be included in your weekly Letters From Camp emails. 

There are three easy ways to stay in the loop with all the fun happenings at Knit Camp.

  1. You will receive an email at the start of every week called Letters From Camp. This email will always tell you what’s new and where to find it.
  2. Our weekly Facebook chats are another great way to stay connected with what’s new.
  3. Login to your Knit Camp dashboard and read the latest announcements at the top of the page.

Oh dear! Please be sure to check your spam folder to see if your Knit Camp emails are hiding there. If you’re not receiving the emails and don’t see them in your spam folder, please fill out the Question/Help Request form so we can help.

Knit Camp only opens for new members twice a year. We’ll let you know when doors open again so you can invite a friend! (We’d love to have them.) In the meantime, invite them to join the waitlist here: http://www.knit-camp.com

Cancellation requests must be received a minimum of 2 business days before monthly membership renewal in order to prevent your payment from being processed.
