This pattern is featured in the book Knit a Little by Marie Greene.
Next to cables, my other favorite texture is called granite stitch, and you’ll find it in this pattern. The horizontal ridges are comprised of dramatic decreases and increases, and the result is a pronounced stitch detail that looks more complicated than it really is. The perfect blend of texture and sporty stripes, this one is a family favorite. In fact, I’m knitting another for my youngest son right now.
