Description

B is for Bobble – the second in the Stashbuster series – explores the use of intermittent texture as a resource for stashbusting. These patterns work especially well for combining smaller quantities of yarn that may otherwise end up going to waste. We all know the struggle of having just enough yarn left that it feels like too much to throw away, but not quite enough to use for anything meaningful. What do we do with those?? Leftovers with limited yardage (especially in worsted and DK yarn weights) can be extra challenging, but these patterns are specifically designed to give them their day in the sun.

This bundle incorporates mini-bobbles to provide intentional breaks between stripe sequences, which creates a intentional design for small quantities without being noticeably “scrappy”. Mini-bobbles are especially versatile, even for those who consider themselves “bobble-averse” – they are worked easily over two rounds and don’t require you to turn your work. It’s all the fun texture of bobbles without the hassle!

Stashbusters – B is for Bobble is the second in a 26-part series. These patterns are not available on their own, they are only available in this bundled set through OliveKnits.com.

Individually these patterns would retail for $31 – catch all three in this bundle for only $19.95!
