Quick Housekeeping & Etiquette

  • Please make sure to join us at least 5 minutes ahead so we can start on time.
  • Please click the class link right on time so you can stay on schedule with the other events of the day (classes are pre-recorded). 
  • Please don’t private message the instructor during class. 
  • Please use Zoom’s Q&A feature to ask the instructor a question – the teacher’s assistant will relay select questions during the Q&A periods identified by the instructor. 
  • Feel free to chat with your fellow attendees in the Zoom chat box, but please note that any technique questions or questions directed to the instructor should be asked in the Q&A feature, if possible. 
  • You will not be on video or audio during classes
  • During the Morning Coffee and Evening Activities we encourage you to have your webcam “on” and your microphone on mute (unless otherwise instructed).

The Standard Retreat kicks off with Morning Coffee on Zoom with Marie on Friday, Sept. 217 at 8 AM Pacific/11 AM Eastern.

Each class features a Q&A period. Attendees with a question should ask in the Zoom Q&A box. The teacher’s assistant will relay questions to the instructor during the designated Q&A periods.

Wear comfortable clothes. No special clothing is necessary.

You don’t need a yoga mat. You do need a chair without wheels and, if possible, without arms.
