All orders ship from our home office in Salem, Oregon 97302 via our flat rate prices with USPS Priority Mail shipping within the U.S. and USPS First Class Mail International for orders to other countries. Due to changes with international shipping, we are unable to ship to New Zealand at this time. In some cases we may use UPS Ground shipping for extra heavy orders. Note: Our flat rate pricing is lower than our actual shipping & handling costs.

In-stock orders ship twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If our shipping day lands on a major holiday, your order will ship on our next regular business day.
Preordered items are subject to the shipping times stated on the product listing at the time of order.
Digital items are not shipped – they can be accessed via the order email you received immediately after your purchase or by logging in to your account at www.oliveknits.com/my-account/ and then clicking on Downloads.
We do our best to pack and ship your order carefully and promptly. However, due to ongoing Covid-19 delays with all mail carriers, we find that some orders may take longer to reach you than we intend. This is one (of many) reasons we have switched to Priority Mail for our orders – the cost is a bit higher, but we’re having more success with orders arriving on time.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns on physical or digital orders. However, if your order arrives damaged or missing an item, please reach out to us at admin @ oliveknits.com and we will make it right.
Shipping Delays: We have found in some cases that shipping carriers may incorrectly state that an order has been delivered when it hasn’t, or indicate that an order has gone missing, only to have it arrive safely a few days later. Because these issues seem to correct themselves nearly every time, we ask that you wait 14 days from date of shipment (for orders within the Continental U.S.) before reporting your order missing.
